When NOMA commissioned TwoMetreTall to produce the opening beverage for their 2016 Sydney residency, to honour one of the best restaurants in the world, we cheekily decided to re-imagine the beverage with the worst reputation for alcoholism & bad behaviour - the so-called Snakebite - by blending aged cider & ale. This provocation delighted guests and garnered international attention. Black Snake, riffing on the "snake" theme, continues this exploration of unconventional ale & cider blends, this time in a darker context.
