This collaboration with Loophole Brewing’ Astral Project is co-fermented on freshly picked Pinot Gris grapes from Loophole’s sister winery Cape Jaffa wines on SA’s stunning Limestone Coast. Pouring a surprising pink hue this is a deliciously refreshing co-fermented sour with a big hit of watermelon followed by fresh and bright Pinot Gris character. A big sour finish makes for a very refreshing beer that is dangerously sessionable considering the 5.6% ABV.
