We got scientific with this one. In our quest for the perfectly balanced dry-hopped sour, we split the brew; souring half and adding a truckload of mango, while fermenting the other half clean and giving it a healthy Mosaic dry hop. These were then blended, creating a flavour packed beer where both hop and mango shine through harmoniously.
