  Taste is lemony with sweet notes and hints of lime; quite sweet. Light, crisp and slightly dry with a fizzy mouthfeel.

  Not my usual kind of drink, but if you think mainstream hard lemonades are just alcoholic lolly water, that is the drink for you. No sickly sweetness, detectable alcohol and carbonation, refreshing and drinkable, the flavour of the pea blossom flowers is a welcome addition.
