DRIP is a further concentrated focus on blending beer with delicious coffee. We've made a slight change to our brewing process and have switched from a lager strain to an ale strain for this particular porter. The base beer is built on a velvety rich structure of flavourful English and Kiwi specialty malts and fermented with a charismatic English ale strain which gives off lovely banana and bread pudding vibes. We then blended the base beer with some hand selected and custom roasted Mexican coffee beans care of our best friends at Little Marionette. The base coffee gives off heavenly vibes of charred American oak, Anzac biscuits and caramel which, when combined with our base porter, has created a truly delectable treat!
