Its been a while since we brewed a double IPA and figured releasing one around the time our venue opened back up after COVID lockdowns was as good of a time as any. Falling Through Space is a New England Double IPA built on a solid foundation of Simpson’s Golden Promise, wheat and oats in various forms to create a nice, full bodied beer. It’s been double dry hopped with ridiculous amounts of Galaxy and Vic Secret hops to create loud vibes of mango and orange smoothie, orange starburst and the slightest bit of hoppy, dank goodness.
