As far back as the Middle Ages, Helles Bocks were traditionally released during the Spring and were famous for long conditioning times, packing a boozy punch and being exceptionally high quality. We’re keeping true to these long-standing brewing techniques to produce a balanced, slightly bitter, slightly sweet lager containing 100% German malt and hops. Prost!
