This amber lager started life way back in January. After a painstaking and lengthy 4-step mash we thoughtfully hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with German grown Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. It’s been cold fermented, naturally carbonated and has spent months in tank prior to packaging to achieve optimum drinkability.
