We've heard that the humble yabby, cherax destructor, prefers a vegetarian diet - so we've decided to honour the Murray Rivers favourite freshwater crustacean by brewing an India Pale Ale, a beer with loads of hops! An exceedingly hoppy style of beer, we've used our house favourites Ella, Amarillo, Galaxy, and Summer. This gives the beer punchy tropical fruit flavours with an assertive bitterness that you can really wrap your claws around!
