Taking our classic sour base, with a minerally moreish mouthfeel and clean lemon zest, we added lactose for sweetness and raspberry for flavour. The result is a tangy, tart raspberry dream. Loads of fruit in the nose and sweet berries in the flavour are balanced with a pillowy mouthfeel and tantilising zippy finish.
