Old school and loving it. Will it be our Salvation in these hazy times? Probably not, but a little bit of reminiscing never hurt.

A classic malt base, loaded with toasted and biscuit malts provides a savoury element that balances nicely with the hops. Chinook, Columbus, Amarillo and Citra are the real heroes, backed up with some slightly more modern Strata to deliver bucket loads of pine, resin and citrus. Malt and hops, both punchy but in balance, just like the good old days.
