Layers and layers of complexity. Subtle a topical hop notes with stone fruit and spices are melded with chocolate, caramel and biscuit malt flavours. Everything together at once, in harmony.
Folding biscuit, caramel, chocolate and dextrinous malts into each other we’ve landed on the maltier side for this one. A cavalcade of Simcoe, Chinook, Cashmere, Citra, Strata and Centennial were deployed at various stages to round out the hoppiness and combine with the layers of malt for a truly remarkable Red experience.
