A wonderfully fresh and juicy pale ale with a unique tropical summer twist. A bounteous supply of cold pressed pineapple and lime juice was added to the beer during fermentation. To complement the light malt base we’ve used with two brand new US Hops: Sabro and Sultana, giving a whack of coconut and tropical fruit. Finally trayfuls of in house toasted coconut were infused during the later stages to round out the beer.
