This special batch brew is our take on a classic Belgian style Witbier where light and fresh drinkability pairs with delicate spice complexity. The addition of some key spices to this easy going summer wheat ale in coriander seeds, star of anise, cloves & orange rind added at the end of the boil really help lift the aroma and back palette finish to provide a uniquely quaffable ale. It pours pale and light, with a classic cloudy witbier character and pairs well with Banana waffles.
