As our lightest addition to our Summer of Sours lineup this year, the Rosé sour is a fusion-beer designed for the warm Australian summer. Pouring bright rose with sparkling bubbles playing on the surface, our Rosé sour delivers deep fruit aromas from the tropical new world hops, shiraz juiciness and zesty citrus. A light acidity dissipates quickly into a dry, sparkling finish, similar to a wine spritzer. Tropical hoppy notes pair well with wine grapes to finish the beer out and provide a delightful, refreshing experience.
