Beer Description: A beautiful amber bier made with lager brewing techniques to imitate a lager but also be an ale in the style of a Dusseldorf Altbier. Pale and roasted Voyager malts give a rich but clean malt character and a traditional German Ale yeast fermented cold and cold conditioned for weeks and weeks give the clean refreshing finish. A perfect pairing to a Roast Turkey/Duck/Goose/Ham or the end of a long day.
