Beer description: Turn The Page is a nod to one of puddings iconic combinations, rhubarb and custard. 100kgs of rhubarb from the Footscray Market, along with vanilla beans, were added to our foedre-aged sour blonde. This beer goes beyond dessert, creating a soul-warming sour beer.⠀
