Beer description: Our Franconian answer to an English stout.β

In the glass there is fine, cream-coloured foam on top of a deep black beer. Upfront notes of coffee and dried plums followed by dark chocolate, dried raisins and a pleasant bitterness. The aromas of the caramel, roasted and special malts are in the foreground, the creamy mouthfeel puts the crown on the Weiherer Schwarzla.β
