Beer description: Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Slim Pickens Cider & Mead from Tampa, Florida, this Berliner Weisse was soured with our house lactobacillus culture before being fermented with quince and raspberries. Juicy but dry, and with a clean acidity, the character of the two fruits is in perfect balance: zingy sharp berries with delicate floral and pear-like top notes.β
