Beer description: Be careful opening this one, it has a bit of a bang to it! Our latest Oat Cream IPA is brewed using generous additions of Cashmere, Mosaic and Idaho 7 that provide intense citrus, melon and papaya in each sweet, creamy mouthful is what we would be saying with great confidence if not for DJβs habit of using Post-it notes to scribble down hop schedules. Post-it notes that often need piecing together after staying in his pocket during a wash cycle or two, or pilling up in the brew book only to all fall out like confetti across the brewery floor each time he picks it up.β
