A rustic blonde beer brewed with Belgian barley malt, and organic spelt from the Ardennes, the origin of which illustrates our desire to work with local producers. An emblematic grain of the Ardennes, this spelt is grown and processed locally, without pesticides or chemical inputs.

Light, crisp biscuity malt body with balanced hop bitterness. Earthy, bitter, spicy and dry taste, with grainy malt, spice and farmhouse funk on the nose.
