The second beer of our Birthday Box is a Citra Brut IPA.

Brut IPAs are kind of our speciality at Frenchies. We always believed that those ones coming out of our brewhouse are absolutely exceptionnal and we are huge advocate of this style that never got very big here. Probably because of the haze craze of those 4 last years. Our Brut IPA are always pale in colour with fantastic clarity, no bitterness and no residual sugar. Yet they are super expressive! We select particular grain to give a soft and round body that will support the huge load of hops. Those beers offer the perfect base to showcase the true nature of each hop variety because nothing goes in the way of the hop flavour in a Brut IPA.
