100 IBU is our blast from the past IPA inspired by the original IPAs that came out of San Diego. This IPA is characterised by bold, dank and piney hops, showcasing a huge hit of bitterness that is mellowed by the sweetness coming from a high proportion of crystal malt. This beer is chewy, dank, resinous and piney. A recipe inspired by some of our forefathers of the IPA style.
