Our two breweries, Bells Beach and Shedshaker have done just that to create this delicious red ale. Utilising Redback malt to provide a robust backbone, hops from both sides of the Pacific bursting with pine and citrus, and just a splash of Torquay seawater.
"Head Above Water" is a tribute to both the struggle against the corporates, and the deep red Autumn sunsets that stretch from the Castlemaine Goldfields to the Torquay coastline. It's also a ripping Hunters & Collectors song, check it out while you sip our ale.
