1. Mountain Culture Sauvin Ice Double Cold IPA
This Double Cold IPA starts with a light malt base, fermented using our house lager yeast for a clean, refined body. A huge double dry hop of Cryo Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand provides gooseberries, passionfruit and lychee that is perfect for our warm festive season. Bright, crisp and dry body showcasing pure hop expression. Nelson Sauvin delivers gooseberry, passionfruit and lychee with hints of tropical fruit. Firm bitterness and clean finish make it sharp, aromatic and highly drinkable. ABV: 8%

Kaiju Tundra Struck Cold Pale Ale
A super-clean malt profile carrying a shipload of juicy tropical fruit flavours including citrus, pineapple, mango, and a hint of papaya, all resting atop a crisp and lean malt base. Crafted from Pale, Carahell, and Carpils malts and hopped with Simcoe (US), Cascade (AUS), Mosaic (US), Citra Cryo (US), and Citra (US), it delivers a vibrant, refreshing, and perfectly balanced drinking experience. With an IBU of 35 and a Gold Medal win at the Australian International Beer Awards 2024, this brew stands tall as a true showcase of tropical brilliance and clean, modern craftsmanship. ABV 4.5%
3. Molly Rose Bierchen #1 Altbier
A beautiful amber bier made with lager brewing techniques to imitate a lager but also be an ale in the style of a Dusseldorf Altbier. Pale and roasted Voyager malts give a rich but clean malt character and a traditional German Ale yeast fermented cold and cold conditioned for weeks and weeks give the clean refreshing finish. A perfect pairing to a Roast Turkey/Duck/Goose/Ham or the end of a long day. ABV 4.8%
4. Sailors Grave The Shimmering Sparkling Ocean Ale
An Australian Sparkling Ale brewed with fresh seawater from the Cape Conran Coastline down in Sou' East Gippsland. Floral, estery and crisp with a light malt backbone and a lick of salty tang.ABV 5%
5. Banks Brewing Who Would Want To Soak A Rope In Kerosene West Coast IPA
This West Coast IPA is bright, clear and brimming with hop intensity, bringing resinous pine, zesty citrus and ripe tropical fruit to the fore. ABV 6.2%
6. Hawkers Contested Origins Oatcream IPA
Where did the legendary Pavlova originate? Some say NZ. Some say Australia. You know the correct answer in your heart, and your heart alone. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and complemented by additions of passionfruit and vanilla, the origin of your enjoyment is this can. ABV 8%
7. Range Last Exit West California IPA
A crisp & fruity Cali IPA brewed for the Beer Cartel Advent Calendar. We've gone with a heavy dry-hop of Rakau, Eclipse & Krush to deliver waves of tropical and citrus fruits, with a little hit of NZ dank to round things out. ABV 6.6%

A classic malt driven American Brown Ale. Chocolate, caramel and nutty, mild bitterness and distinct US Hop flavour ABV 5.5%
9. Ocean Reach Little Hopper Black IPA
Bold yet balanced, Little Hopper struts in with roasted coffee & dark chocolate malts, then cheekily flips the script with a lively mix of hops. Zesty citrus, tropical fruit, & pine tease their way through the smooth malt backbone, finishing crisp and complex. Built on a base of pale and roasted malts, this beer delivers a smooth roast character with notes of coffee and dark cocoa. Late additions of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops contribute bright layers of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine. Fermented clean with American ale yeast to highlight balance between the malt richness and hop expression. Finishes dry with moderate bitterness and a crisp edge. ABV 7%
10. White Bay Deck The Helles Helles Lager
A clean drinking Helles Lager that melds old world malt with new world malts from New Zealand.Built on a solid base of Noble German varieties Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Spalt. A no nonsense easy drinking lager with a golden hue that you could easily find in Munich's Hofbrauhaus. ABV 4.7%

Forget the tinsel and glitter - this beer is all about tradition. Albier (literally “Old Beer”) hails from Düsseldorf, Germany, where the locals have been perfecting it for centuries. Malty, toasty, with a crisp finish that sneaks in like the last carol of the night. Crack it, raise a glass & lets countdown to Christmas! A dark copper-colored ale, known for being a malty and smooth, yet balanced beer with a crisp, lager-like finish. It is fermented with top-fermenting yeast at a moderate temperature but then cold-aged, which results in its brilliant clarity and clean taste. ABV 5.1%

An ode to bitterness, Belgian style. This beer is our tribute to the sharp, hoppy edge that’s often hidden beneath the softer side of Belgian ales. Crisp, complex and uncompromising, Ode to Bitter is here to bring bitterness back into fashion. Brewed with a traditional Belgian yeast strain, it delivers lively aromas of spice and fruit, before giving way to a firm, lingering hop bitterness. ABV 5%

Brewed with Australian and UK malts, this ESB brings rich flavours of raisin, toffee, and fruitcake spice, balanced by citrusy, herbal notes from East Kent Goldings hops. Classic, complex, and deeply satisfying. ABV 5.5%
16. Wooden Axe Grinch Juice Oat Cream IPA
Grinch Juice isn't just here to warm your heart - it's here to steal it. This cheeky Oat Cream IPA is loaded with creamy oats and lactose, then dosed with flaked coconut and pandan for a tropical green twist that even Whoville would fight over.
Waves of coconut milk, vanilla cream, and green pandan up front, transitioning to zesty lime, ripe mango, and melon from the Sabro hops. The pandan adds a soft, custardy sweetness and an almond-like note that melds seamlessly with the hop character. Layered sweetness with a balanced finish and slight green hue. ABV 6.8%
17. Sea Legs Hazy Holidays Nz Hazy Pale Ale
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Beer Cartel for their 2025 Advent Calendar, this juicy NZ Hazy Pale brings sunshine to your glass. Pouring a vibrant golden haze with fluffy foam and loaded with Nectaron, Rakau and Nelson Sauvin hops, it bursts with tropical fruit and ripe pineapple over a smooth, balanced malt base. Hazy holidays! ABV 4.9%
18. Aether Brewing Irish Stout
Our Irish Stout is a smooth, full-flavoured dark beer crafted with the Australian climate in mind. Rich enough to satisfy stout lovers, yet light enough to enjoy year-round. Pouring deep and inviting, it opens with aromas of chocolate and roasted coffee, followed by a clean yeast profile that lets the malt character shine. 20. Seven Mile BAA RAM BREW New Zealand IPA
Triple Dry-hopped IPA with NZ Cascade, Paradisi, Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin. Pours a pale yellow with bright peach, lemonade and citrus aromas. Light malt body with floral, zesty and punchy gooseberries - finishes dry with a sharp hop bitterness.ABV 6.5%
21. King River Stickie Altbier
Our amazing Altbier was missing only one thing, so at the top of our list this year was… more malt! Sticke Altbier is a stronger ‘imperial’ version of one of our beloved core beers that we created exclusively for Beer Cartel to provide a super luxurious and malty beer to enjoy this Christmas period. ABV 7.5%
22. Boatrocker Robust Porter Dark & Malty
A classic style originating from 18th century Britain. Robust Porter is a style that is rare these days, and whilst dark, has a balanced malt profile, with a classic English hop flavour. The yeast esters provide subtle fruitiness. ABV 4%
23. Bridge Road Spider Pig Dip Hop IPA
A bright, hop-forward IPA loaded with lime, citrus, and tropical fruit. Smooth bitterness, clean finish. Does whatever a Dip Hop does! Bright, clean and hoppy with aromas of lime, citrus, melon, tropical and stone fruit on the palette. ABV 5.8%
24. Good Land Midnight Shift Whisky BA Barley Wine Beer
Australian whisky barrel-aged barleywine pours deep and rich, with bold notes of caramel, raisin, dried fruit, and vanilla. The whisky barrels add oak warmth and subtle spice, creating a layered beer that's both indulgent and contemplative, making it strong and smooth, while aged for 11 months in ex-American and French oak Starward Whisky barrels.
