Our Billy Cart is brewed with the same philosophy. The same attention to detail and flavour focus that we apply to our bigger beers is also true for our smallest beer. This results in a sleek and well flavoured Rye Pale Ale with a bright copper colour and aromas from both Northern and Southern Hemisphere hops.

The rye provides a light spicy character in the background to a balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Sure to provide fun and enjoyment to the gravity racer in us all.
