Classic Australian beer style where flavour is driven by fruity yeast esters and delicately balanced with hop bitterness. To achieve this, we brewed with Mogwai Labs "Dinkum" yeast strain, added more oxygen to the wort and let the fermentation temperature ramp a little higher than typical. The result is a lovely ester profile with hints of banana, a touch of spice and a natural cloudy appearance.
