1. 3 Ravens Thornbury Lager 

Light, dry and crisp, this easy-drinking full-strength lager combines old world Saaz hops and Bavarian lager yeast with soft Melbourne water, fresh local barley malt and Enigma hops. ABV 4.5%

2. Badlands Last Leg Lager

ABV 4.4%

3. Black Hops Japanese Rice Lager

A clean crisp and highly drinkable rice lager brewed by our HQ master, Toshi. The addition of 20% flaked rice provides fermentable sugars, while keeping the beer light in colour and body. ABV 5.2%

4. Common People Sound Czech Pilsner

Brewed by our in-house sound techs turned brewers, our Sound Czech Pilsner is sure to resonate with all the lager fans out there.

A perfectly balanced mix of malt, hops and esters. This Pilsner has a big malty backbone showcasing flavours of sweet biscuit and fresh bread. A gentle bitterness from the old-world Saaz hops provides a herbal tea and spice character with a crisp, refreshing finish.

There’s a slight hint of honey and caramel sweetness that adds depth and body.

5. La Sirene Natural Pilsner

We present NATURAL PILSNER our rustic style Pilsner made with organic malts & hops and Certified Organic.

Our Natural Pilsner was brewed in January in a Bohemian-style using Organic Barley & Vienna malts from Voyager Craft Malts and wheat from Whispering Pines Organics. We traditionally Lagered it at 0C for 6 weeks+ to create a smooth mouthfeel with a nice snappy bitterness. We resisted filtering this very simple beer as we felt the filtering process would strip the soft subtleties that the organic ingredients showcase in this lager.

The NATURAL PILSNER is a nod to those traditional Bohemian-style Pilsners made in Bohemia back in the 1700’s when this style was created. NATURAL PILSNER is smooth drinking and crisp, with subtle cereal and grassy notes it is a welcome addition to our Organic Collection.  ABV 5%

6. Maltnhops Pilsner

Crisp, clean, and classic. This Czech-style pilsner showcases the delicate floral and spicy notes of Saaz hops, delivering a refreshing and perfectly balanced brew with a satisfyingly clean finish. Perfect for any occasion! ABV 4.7%

7. Precinct Czech Pilsner

Brewed with genuine Czech Pilsen malt and classic Saaz hops from the same region, this lager is a celebration of tradition and simplicity. It pours a beautiful straw-gold with a crisp, foamy head.

8. Wolf Of The Willows Wolfsrudel Munich Helles Lager 

Raise your steins to your Wolfsrudel aka Wolf Pack! A traditional Munich Helles Lager. Deep golden in colour, with classic malt bready goodness, a touch of floral and spicy hops, before a soft, clean bitterness at the finish. Crisp, smooth, and made for long tables, loud laughter, and one more round with your Wolf pack. Prost!  ABV 4.2%
