Introducing Ballyblack Dry Irish Stout. We wanted a nice sessionable beer for the colder months so we brewed this dry and super roasty Irish Stout. Notes of dark chocolate, toasted bread and coffee. A welcome addition to our winter core range. ABV 4.8%

6. Common People Moonless Midnight Stout
As dark as a Moonless Midnight.
Back in the day on the new moon and before the lighthouse was constructed, sailors braved pitch black conditions rounding Cape Byron. For over 120 years now, the shining light has guided ships safely past the treacherous rocks of the Byron Bay coastline.
Moonless Midnight is also the perfect way to describe the darkness of our Core Range stout. Exhibiting notes of coffee, cacao and a hint of tobacco, it leads to a full-bodied sweetness balanced with a roasted malt flavour, finishing with a smooth bitterness. It may take you back to the time when the cape was dark and dangerous, or it might just feel like a nice big hug in a can.

Brewed for festive times! Our traditional dark wheat beer is a malt driven joy, utilising a decoction mash with German grain. Expect flavours of banana bread, honey and caramel, along with a nut brown colour, to match your favourite lederhosen outfit … or your racing doxy dachshund!
8. Range Morning Ritual Nitro Pastry Stout
NITRO Morning Ritual is BACK for a limited edition, creamy, and smooth Stout Season treat. We've nitrogenated the cans of this batch of MR to bring what was already a crowd favourite to another level. Morning Ritual is a pastry stout that has fast become a house favourite for us. Brewed with rich chocolate malts, oats for body and a touch of lactose for creaminess. For this batch we conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans then toasted coconut for added layers of complexity and decadence. The mouthfeel is thick, creamy, lush and smooth with a welcome sweetness and warmth. On the finish, a lingering coconut and chocolate lushness with a balancing hint of roasted bitterness.
