Lake Wollumboola in Jervis Bay National Park is one of the most important gathering places for black swans. These majestic birds are the name sakes of our Black Bevy Session Stout (bevy is a collective noun for swans).

The Black Bevy is based on the classic Irish style dry stout. Relatively low in alcohol but with plenty of roast malt and a smooth, creamy finish, this stout is sessionable and seductive.
