Peachy Little Thing “really started at last year’s hop selection,” says Isaiah Mangold, our Manager of Innovation. “We rubbed a hop called Alora that was just a star because of its very distinct peach notes.” But you always wonder, Will that show up once we start brewing? “Sure enough, we were getting really big stone-fruit flavor and aroma,” he says.
